seeking medical advice on removal of sixth toes?!

Question: Seeking medical advice on removal of sixth toes?
i am 20 years old and i was born with 6 fingers and toes on both hands and feet, at a very young age my parents took me to have my 6th finger removed to help prevent any teasing etc however i am stll left with my extra toes, i have never been comfortable with it and i feel it prevents me from doing what seems normal things for everybody else, i just really want them removed so i was wondering if you could help me if anybody knows the risks etc and point me in the right direction if it is at all possible. many thanks

What a sad and terrible story, instead of embracing your differences, which potentially put you at an advantage over other people and set you apart from the crowd, you hate yourself to the point of having extra digits sliced off like tumors. You are special, unique, and should flaunt that fact, and learn to look good doing it. Everybody likes somebody who is unique. Get out there and live your life, have fun with it, don't mutilate yourself so that you can fit the definition of average. I bet the mutilation would leave you with terrible, ugly scars, where as right now you could probably get the most impressive pedicure out there. It is all up to you, but I urge you, don't do that to yourself.
