Question: Pain in my back and across my stomach!?

Anyone know what this might be!?
I have pain in my back that feels tender, using a hot water bottle can sometimes ease it, but its always there!. The pain is in my back across the top heading down to the middle, normally on the left and right hand sides!. Also across my stomach to the right under un liver feels it a little to!. Any ideas!. I do have acid reflux and a fatty liver, could it be to do with this!? Its really upsetting me now as I want to feel normal again!.

You may have gallstones!. See a doctor!. In the meantime, cut out as much fat as possible from your diet!.
I had the same pain last year!. It was gallstones, and I had my gallbladder out in December!. Before the operation, I cut out the following:
all butter, margarine, oils
pastry, food in breadcrumbs or batter
eggs
biscuits, cakes, puddings, chocolate
sausages, all processed meats
cheese
creamy sauces, curries
I only had foods which were plain and freshly made
