Question: Quit smoking 10 weeks ago!.!.!.!?
I went to dr today and realized I gained 10 pounds since I quit!. I have been eating alot more than usual, mostly at night!. How can I make myself stop!!! I know, water, gum, walking, celery carrots!.!.!. What else can I do!?!?!?!? Help please!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Find something to keep yourself occupied!. I find myself eating when I get bored at times!.

Quitting smoking in itself is great!. People who smoke do so by putting one feet inside the cemetery!. You will have to control appetite and you can eat fruits and vegetables in place of normal diet to satisfy your hunger!. That will go a long way in making your body normal as you have abused your body by smoking!. Abstain from foods that contain a lot of clories in concentrated form like chocolates etc!., If hungry , you can eat healthy foods like nuts, cereals that will satisfy you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Pay attention to what you eat!. Start a food diary!. Most people don't even notice how much or what they eat!. Writing it down forces you to think about your eating habits and will also allow you to see your trends and pinpoint troublesome areas!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
