I'm having troubles to sleep?!


Question: I'm having troubles to sleep!?
I usually sleep really quickly, especially when I'm really tired!. These days I couldn't sleep for more than 3 hours!. I go to bed at 10:00pm!. Sometimes more!. Well, usually after Family Guy!. It's so hard for me to sleep, and my mum is also worried!. She thinks I'm sick and wants to take me to hospital!. Help!?!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know about a hospital but I will tell you what I just told someone else: Get to a doctor!. Going without sleep is serious and can be indicative of an underlying stress or depression issue!. Forget homeopathic stuff, get some real help!. Don't start taking any drugs recommended by people on here, talk to an M!.D!. After your body gets regulated again you can go off the pills, but you will know they are always there to help you if you have a problem again!. And remember: You don't get any medals for not sleeping and feeling like crap!. You don't get any medals for not taking a medication that might help you!. So why bother!? Get some medical help and nip this problem in the bud!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Erg, I've had a bout of insomnia for a week now!. I was starting to hear voices and see things so I had to go the hospital to get sleeping pills!. For the past 2 days I've been taking tranquillizers, I can sleep for about 4 hours with those!. Go to the hospital, sleep deprivation can get pretty serious!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

why the great concern to take you to the hospital!? i think she is over reacting!. get some tylenol pm!. only take them for a week!. if after a week you cant sleep, go to a doctor about it!. or if you want, just dont go to sleep and dont go to sleep the next day during the day etiher!. wait until that night!. by the time night comes you will be so tired you will fall asleep and be back on schedule!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to bed at the same time each day and wake up at the same time!. Limit your caffeine and if you drink alcohol, it can wake you up in the middle of the night too!. Exercise! I sleep so well after I exercise!. I took a Cardio Kickboxing class yesterday and slept like a baby!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I suggest go & buy some antihistamine tablet to help you sleep!. You'll fall asleep in an hour or so and stay asleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
