Question: My right eye was twitching !?
Yesterday, my right eye was twitching for about an hour, When it stopped, the bottom part of my eyelid was sore like a bruise!. This morning, the bottom of my right eyelid is very slightly swollen!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Twitching is an involuntary muscle reflex(like tiny little muscle spasms) it is totally normal and if it happens occasionally you cannot control it!. Yes, it is really annoying!. Some people tend to develop neurosis that causes involuntary twitching!. It's best not to rub as you will bruise as you have learnt and just let the twitching run its course!. Distract yourself with something else in the meanwhile!. If you are otherwise a calm and centred person then it should not persist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
twitcheing just occurs sometimes, it prolly bruised from all the rubbing!. dont rub your eyes, just let it twitch!. some peoples eyes just twitch, some's twitch all the time!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
