Question: How come when we go to the toilet, we don't the lose weight we just expeled!?
just wondering, because i weighed myself before and after and they are exactly the same, i am using a digital scales and on level ground etc, just wondering because it seems to defy logic!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It does make a difference though the scales might not measure it - you would have to dump half a pound or more I think for them to notice the change!. That's quite a big job to do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You can't really expect a few ounces!.!.!.!.!. or even a good few ounces to be totally noticable on a pair of bathroom scales! Scales measure pounds and kilogrammes and even one of either would hardly move the scale!. Taking your shirt off wouldn't make much difference either!.
