What should, i do i have a big headache and am tired?!

well yesterday i slept till 4pm!. my saturday got wasted pretty much!. last night i did not take my zoloft 200g!. i took it at 3:30 to 4 today when my mom got back from walgreens!. last night i took my 1!.25 g risperdal too!. i take my meds at night!. now should i take my zoloft and risperdal now, or what!? i need to take a shower too, i need some rest!. i still have 1 class of homework left, nothing big really!. HELP!!!!
i brushed my teeth already!. anything relaxing i can do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
