i was wrestling with my friend and i picked him up and went to smash him on the ground, and somehow my arm was there( i guess i picked him up with 1 hand lol) and he landed on it, hes about 110-120 lbs!.
And my arm has been sore for about 9 hours, and i broke my arm last year, and its liek the same spot!. Any thing i can do 2 test 2 see if its broken or notWww@Answer-Health@Com

Just leave it alone for now!.!.!. 9 hours isn't too bad!.
If the soreness persists, you should definitely go to a doctor!.
