On school nites, i HAVE to sleep at 9, but i don't fall asleep til 10-11...?!


Question: On school nites, i HAVE to sleep at 9, but i don't fall asleep til 10-11!.!.!.!?
is there anything that could help me fall asleep, a home remedy NOT medicine!. thank you!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Used to take me that long as a kid too-have NO caffeine after, like 4pm!.!.!.try some chamomile tea!.Also, a sound mchine is great-like on therain one-my son(he's 11 now, used to love ours)!. So did I, 'til it broke!Www@Answer-Health@Com

wake up early one day you will go to sleep early that night and fall into a nice routine

usually sleep problems develop over vacation periods when kids stay up late, eat junk food late at night and before sleeping and sleeping in way past the healthy time frame the next morning and they repeat this disgusting pattern day after day for as long as school's out!Www@Answer-Health@Com

That happen to almost everybody at some point!. Try to avoid thins that will excite you before bed, dont watch tv in bed, avoid computer activities!. Theres lots of things you can do, but if you have real problems sleeping, go to your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just wake up earlier one day and that will make you tired so you'll fall asleep when your head hits the pillow! And then you should fall into a good sleep pattern!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
