Calm the people who are screaming but not injured!. Get them to help!.

visualize bodies flying around a train compartment!. Impact injuries for sure as they hit seats and walls and each other!. Concussion, broken bones, fratcures, bruising and contusions!? Maybe the train compartment will come apart!? Glass and sheet metal hitting the people or the people hitting the sheet metal!. Gashes, lacerations, amputations!? People thrown from the compartment, crushed under debris!? It would be a lot of trauma, that is certain!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
I would say every injury possible, cuts, bruises broken limbs,deep lacerations serious and minor injuries!. etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
