What could this pain in my ankle be?!

Question: What could this pain in my ankle be!?

For about 2 weeks I've been getting this really sharp pain on the inside of my ankle where the ball is!. Sorry, I don't know the medical term for "the ball" :-) Anyone else have this!? Any suggestions as to what it is!? I have never broken!. Twisted it a bunch of times but not recently!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
