Answers:
When someone smokes, the carbon monoxide and other grodie compounds cut the blood circulation to small blood vessels!. When the tissue isn't being bombarded with these toxins, the tissue starts to wake up!. When the tissue starts recovering, it regains it's capability to clear debris out!.!.!.!.by coughing!.
