Question: Is it ok to take Cold F/X and then nyquill at night to help you sleep!?

I feel a cold coming on!.!. my boyfriend was just really sick!.!. so I obviously don't want to get it!. The pharmasist said Cold F/X is okay to take during the day for 3 days!.!. and nyquill is ok at nightWww@Answer-Health@Com

nyquill will not stop you from getting a cold!. it only supresses it!. try vitamin c instead!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
