A question about knee injuries...?!

Question: A question about knee injuries!.!.!.!?
Is it normal to have mildly decreased circulation to your foot the day after a major knee injury!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Mild is OK and it has only been 1 day!. Make sure that you do keep ice on it!. The blotchy and some of the tingly feeling is blood going down your leg because this is decreased when elevated!. Some of the medication you are taking could thin your blood so make sure that you stay aware of these issues!. If it gets worse (blotchy and/or tingly feeling) before you see your doctor, call him and tell him your concerns!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Speaking from my own experience with my knees, Yes, it is very common actually, to have decreased circulation, depending on the injury!. The brace, ice and elevation is very important!. Also, until you can be seen by the doctor, it is wise to REALLY stay off it!. Good luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes it is!. I dislocated my knee 2 months ago and my leg always has decreased circulation!. Just put it up and rest it!. Also don't where socks or have tight things on your knee!. It will get tight and cut of more circulation!. The reason its doing it because you have had surgery the blood can go down but it wont be able to come back up!. Therefore you want have a lot of circulation!. So sit down and have a rest!. Hope your feeling better soon :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
