Question: I get soo many stress headaches!!?
I'm a freshman in college and I have been so stressed lately!. I get awful headaches around my sinuses and I dont know if its stress, tension, or something else!. What can I do to prevent these headaches from coming!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's difficult to answer your question but it might be that you don't have control of your life!. You can perhaps get help by hypnosis!. Either a hypnotherapist, which usually cost a lot, or online!. It is usually very helpful not only for your problems now!.
