X-rays only show shadows of the bones!. You need an MRI scan, and you need to start flexing that area and working it!. My back is something I work on every day, it is worn from injury and construction work, but I manage it very well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

do you mean that you haven't got the results yet or that the results did not show any sign!?

most probably you need some physiotherapy; the pain that you are experiencing is originating from your feet!. you need a good massage from your limb straight up to your butt!. you will feel some pain (bearable) but you will feel more better later and the pain will be gone both from where you get massaged as well as your back pain!.

the kind of pain you are having does not get traced on X raysWww@Answer-Health@Com

I hope you are too young for problems with discs, though I had my first operation for removal of a disc at 23,exercises could help you, I was told to think of my stomach and back as the same area, strengthen the muscles in one helps support the other!.You are still growing and a sudden growth spurt can cause temporary problems, if everything comes back ok regarding your xray, ask your doctor for some exercises!. Good Luck xWww@Answer-Health@Com

Medical doctors and x-rays are good, but not always the answer to our problems!. I have had good success with massage therapy and also from my local chiropractor!.

At your age you are experiencing a lot of physical changes as your body grows and matures!. Hopefully all will work out well for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would call the doctor and see what he wants you to do to relieve the pain!. Heat and ice packs help some people!. Using a heating pad first and then put an ice pack on your lower back!. Lay down and elevate your legs to take the pressure off of your spine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it could be due to a prolapsed disk, my sister has the same problem with her back, she just had an MRI an this was the conclusion!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

if the doctor says the x-ray is ok then get a sports massage!.

I was in pretty much the same situation for years and it helped massively!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would wait and see what the x-ray shows and what the Dr says!. Another option is to go to a chiropracter!Www@Answer-Health@Com
