If you have a fracture in your talus or calcaneus, it is really important that you do everything that you are told to do because it can take a long time to get healthy again!. If you are wondering if you have a fracture, take a massager, and put it over the area and see if it creates more pain in your bone!. the right item to use is a tuning fork but the idea is that the waves will create irritation where the fracture is!. Pain with weight bearing, walking or standing, potentially swelling of the foot!. I had a stress fracture when I was 7 months pregnant with my 3rd child!. I was told it would take about 8 weeks for it to heal, which was my due date!. I had to wear a special shoe on my foot which had a very stiff sole, or my Birkenstocks!. My foot stopped hurting 4 days before my son arrived!. Fortunately, I haven't had another fracture since!.
Get an x-ray just to make sure!. It might show up on x-ray, but not always!.

Symptoms are usually pain when you put weight on that leg!. I wore an air cast and had crutches for about two months!. Problem is, the small bones and a small fracture are hard to detect!. But I would go to see a doctor and let them know what you are feeling!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
A lot of pain!. Fractures in your feet are extremely painful!. You will know it if you try to use that foot!. Go to the doc and get an Xray!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
