Toe problems?????????!
Question: Toe problems!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
i was practicing for my dance audition that i have tomorrow, and i accidentally tore a thin little patch of skin off the bottom of one of my toes!. it hurts and its on one of my left toes, which is horrible because that's my turning foot!. is there any way that i can help it heal for tomorrow!? should i put an ointment on it, ice it, or wrap it up!? and should i put a band aid on at night or leave it off!?

theres no way you can make it heal over night put some ointment on it though,dont put a bandage on it let it get some air

its not possible to heal tomorrow, don't apply any band around it, leave it off!. apply antibiotic ointment!. better to give rest to the part at least for 3 days!. if you practice dance tomorrow, it will leads to further injury which could be worst than now!. take care!. get well soon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
