Question: I feel real hurt right now!?
So i do lifting, because of the upcoming winter sports, but yesterday, we did killer ab exercises, and now this morning i woke up with this horrible pain below my abs, as even when i cough, it starts aching really bad, anyone else expirenced something like this before!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I did a lot of power lifting years ago and, if you have just over-done it a little it will go in a couple of days ,if it hasn't reduced in severity after two or three days there is a good chance you have torn something,in which case you must see a professional to avoid possible permanent damage!.Don't do anything involving abs until you're sure its sorted one way or the other!.

If you had a strenuous exercise its natural to have muscle pain due to the accumulation of the lactic acid in the muscle!. It happens when your muscle started glycogenolysis to meet the increasing demand by the muscle!. The muscle than started producing lactic acid which when accumulates in the muscle cause the muscle pain!. It will be OK when the lactic acid is washed from the muscle!. Do mild exercise!. I don't think that kind of exercise will cause any muscle tear!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
