Knee pains for 3 years?!


Question: Knee pains for 3 years!?
Ok, so im 14, im 5'7 and weigh about 152 pounds!.

I started to have knee pains in the 7th grade!. Now im a sophomore!.
Ive been to the doctor three times and they tell me Oh its just your weight!. Weight this and that!.
I dont think its my weight because i had my physical last year for tennis and the lady said that i didnt need to lose any weight or gain any weight!. It starts to hurt more during the winter i dont know why!. And it just starts to hurt randomly its weird!. I stopped taking tylenol because i dont like to!. Sooooo any ideas what might be wrong with my knee!? Both of them hurt but not at the same times!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could be that you are having muscle weakness or arthritis!. It would be good if you could do some exercises to strengthen the muscles in your knees!. Step up and down on a step alternating legs this will help with strengthening those muscles!. For pain take a hot bath with 2c!. of epsom salts in the evening!. this should reduce a lot of your pain!. Advil liquid capsules taken three times daily will help with any inflammation And pain!. other than that the only thing i could think of is arthritis which someone else already suggested!. maybe try taking a glucosamine/chondroitin supplement to support your joints and lubricate them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

OK, if you are 5'7" and 152 lbs, you are well into the healthy range for BMI!. So it's not your weight! You could have a little chondromalacia, or maybe even a bit of a meniscus tear!. You need an MRI, to determine what is exactly going on in those knees!. Get to a sports medicine orthorpedic doc!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
