Question: My husband underwent carpal tunnel surgery some years ago,!?
They also did some surgery on his elbows at the same time and now I catch him rubbing them and taking aspirins!.He will lean on then and wince as if he is in pain!. What should I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is possible that some traumatic arthritis has set in the elbows!. The best thing for him would be to return to the orthopedist that performed the procedures and have them checked out!. Tell him not to lean on the elbows or to use a viscoelastic pad to lean on!. You didn't state what the original reason for the procedures on the elbows was!. Probably arthritis setting in, I had cupital tunnel surgery on my elbow also, and from time to time it gets sore and even swells alittle!. I just take some Ibuprofen and that usually takes care of it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
