Circulation in my arm?!
Question: Circulation in my arm!?
If i leave my hand below my waist ( or around that area, just sitting real low) it starts turning red and aching!. Its almost like the circulation is being cut off, or just the opposite!. Its been like this for a few days now but i don't have medical insurance, or the money to see a doctor!. Whats goin on and how can i treat it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could just be bad circulation!. try moving your arm around a little more and holding it closer to your heart!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
maybe its just stress as worrying about money and housing can put a big strain on our bodies also if you smoke you should try to stop as it can course so many health anyway try and see your doctor as soon as you can also having your blood presure checked would a good idea too hugs xx good luck Www@Answer-Health@Com
