Sleeping Help?????????????????????...
Question: Sleeping Help!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
School is starting soon and I usually have to wake up at 7 AM to get to school on time!. During the summer, I usually fall asleep at 1-2 AM and wake up at noon the next day!. I really want to keep to a sleeping schedule or something, but I don't know what to do! I want to practice falling asleep and waking up earlier for school!. Could you give me some tips!?

for me, i set my alarm clock 20 minutes earlier each day, like 9:00, 8:40, 8:20!.!.!. yeah!. and eventually, since your waking up earlier, you'll fall asleep earlier too!
i basically use to be sleeping from 2 AM to 11 AM, and now its 11 PM to 7 or 8 AM :D

you may count pictures, or clear your mind of the things you get worried of, so no stress, much more chances of falling asleep!. you may wake up by the use of alarm clock!. you may also consult your doctor, for that maybe insomnia!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
