i had my belly button pierced when i was 13, and the truth is NO it didn't hurt more then my ears (ive had my ears pierced twice!) it's a shock and then that's it!. i had mine done 2 weeks ago and it didn't hurt that bad i mean really your getting a needle though your flesh pinch where your getting it pierced at as hard as you can and it hurt a little tiny but more than that, it takes like 8 mouths for it to heel
