Growing lump in front of left ear and on down slightly past jawbone!

Question: Growing lump in front of left ear and on down slightly past jawbone
I have a lump on my face that starts in front of my left ear and goes on down past the lobe and under my ear and a little behind my jaw bone, it's pretty tender and slightly hard!. It started hurting next to my ear on Sunday and I thought it might have just been a bruise but every day this week when I've woken up it's gotten bigger and bigger and hurts when I put pressure on it!.

I have no idea what it could be, I thought it might be swollen lymph nodes but I looked online and it says that the lymph nodes in those places were really small, about the size of a pea, but this thing is definitely bigger than a pea!. I would have gone to the doctor by now but I don't really have enough money at the moment, if the swelling doesn't go down by tomorrow I'm going to try and find a free clinic to go to because this thing is freaking me out!.

If anyone has any idea what it could be or has experienced this I would appreciate it if you gave me some idea or something!. Thanks ahead of time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would definitely go to the doctor!. You could have an abscess in your ear, or even in one of your teeth!. It is nothing to fool with!. It could be a swollen lymph node, but the best thing is to go to the doctor and get to the bottom of it!. If it is an abscess, it will need to be taken care of!. My granddaughter had one that started out like that, and it nearly closed her throat up and she had to go to have emergency surgery to let the infection out, then she was fine!. So go before it gets any worse!. Best of luck to you - let us know how you make out!.
And I am sure that whoever you go to, will set you up on a convenient payment plan for you!. You can also check out the internet about a program called CareCredit!.com!. I have this card because I have no health insurance!. You can use it for doctor or dental ONLY, and there are many payment options with this plan!. Be warned - not all doctors or dentists will accept this card!. God luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its probably a sebaceous cyst!. Not a big deal!. Apply heat on it using a washcloth and it should go away in about a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It may be a cyst!. My dad had one and the doctor had to drain it (eew)!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
