How do I get rid of back pain? And how is it caused?!


Question: How do I get rid of back pain!? And how is it caused!?
I had soccer practice from 5-8:30 yesterday and today and yesterday I had barely any pain, but today my back is killing me!. It's like the feeling you get from lifting and carrying boxes all day and hurts!.!.!. obviously!. Is there another way to get rid of this pain without pills!? I have a hot tub that I'm about to hop into!. Will that help!? Also, you don't have to answer this part but I also have a feeling in my gut, right between my rib cage split!. Like, where your ribs split apart, it hurts there like I got punched in the stomach!. I never got hit in the stomach, it doesn't feel like a running cramp, and it still hurts even after I've been resting for an hour!. Help please! ok i have scoliosis and your pain sounds a lot like mine!. as i have been told my back problems in and of themselves should not be painful but it is how my muslces work every day that hurts!. it sounds like your muscles are fatigued from you practice and pain from that can take a day to 2 to effect you!. the best answer i have for you is to do some stretches that target the various muscle groups n your back for a few minutes every day and especially after pratices to help!. and if you keep it up you should have no problem!. i have pasted a website below of the same stretches that helped me and my back alot plus i do a lot of yoga but hopefully this can help you!. and if it doesn't you might want to consider seeing a doctor cause you could have injured something and not realized it!. If you can't afford a chiropractor get a friend or family member to give you a back message!. You probably overexercised!. Give your body a rest and make sure you stretch before and after practice!. Make sure your drinking plenty of water too!. 8 glasses is not enough for an active person!. I drink about 12 a day!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can try a heating pad that works for me or if you have someone light in you family to stand on it easy!. you could try a brace to keep it straight or lie on it flat and not do a whole lot for about a day if you can hope i can help Www@Answer-Health@Com

well if you strengthen you're abs it will prob go away (curl ups)

actualy, DONT go to a chiropracter because most of the chiropracters are under qualified and will make your back worse!.(it is really easy to become a chiropracter)Www@Answer-Health@Com
