Question: Diarrhoea: My mother won't see a doctor about her chronic problem!.
She is coming tomorrow and I'm not sure what foods to buy!. She takes too much Immodiem and I cannot do anything about getting her to talk to her lousy doctor!. She is 73 and smokes 3 packs and extremely bloated-anybody have a suggestion about the food!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try simple foods that are high in fiber!.!.!. fiber will help regulate her digestive system!. Stay away from sugar and get fruits and veggies!. She could have something as simple as IBS, or it could be something worse!. As embarrassing as it might be, she really needs to go to the doctor!. Taking immodium all the time is not good for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
