Why do i sleep 12-13 hours a day?!
Question: Why do i sleep 12-13 hours a day!?
well I'm 13 and going into 8th grade and its summer time!. i stay up intil around 4 or 5 in the mourning!. and i sleep intil 4 or 5 pm!. i miss out the whole day and barley can hang out with my friends!. how can i change this!? because i dont get tired intil 4 or 5 !.

that happens to me sometimes!.!.!.i get in a bad sleeping pattern and i end up sleeping all day and staying up all night doing nothing!. well anyways i think you should aim to go to sleep an hour earlier than the night before each night!. like if you went to sleep at 5 the past night, aim for 4!. the next night, aim for 3!. and so forth!.
and i know it can be difficult to fall asleep earlier than you're used to, so actually get in bed an hour before you plan to fall asleep!. and take a sleeping pill, like melatonin (it's a natural herb that you can get at the drug store) or knock out (i'm pretty sure that one is natural too)!.
they're definetely non-addictive, and they will help you get to sleep!

p!.s!. it's pretty easy to sleep until 5 pm if you stayed up really late the night before!. so once you've gotten to a normal sleeping pattern, make a goal for what time you want to wake up 9-10 hours later, and set an alarm and have your parents wake you up or something!.

i'm 18 its summer i'm out of school same thing is happening to me i dont get tired until 3 or 4 in the morning and i wake up like at 11 or 12 in the morning i dont know what it is i just cant fall asleep early i guess if you go to sleep earlier you mostly likey wake up earlier you need to get a least the 8 hours but you do sleep alot 4 to 5 in the afternoon thats a lot of sleeping maybe you should see someone on that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
you need to reset your clock and go to bed earlier so you can spend time with your friends!. go to bed and read a book, that helps me after an hour or so!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
