Well you've just overworked them!. What can help, is just taking a warm bath!. It doesn't have to be all sensual and stuff, as some men seem to have problem with taking baths!.!. It relaxes the muscles, and might not completely remove it, but it can definetely help!. It's what I do when I pull a muscle, usually from rugby, but that and a long rest in bed, would leave me feeling fine in the morning!. Or at least good enough to keep going ;)!.

What I think you are meant to do when a muscle is pulled, is to just stop working them for a little bit!. Lots of people of course don't want to do this, and workout through the pain, which would just cause real problems!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Advil and gentle stretching!.
Ice also helps, you can rotate that with heat applications and after your healed, you'll need to re-strengthen those particular muscles so you don't do this again!.

You're going to have to give it a couple of days!.
Try not to hurt yourself more in the meantime!.

You need to rest
Don't work out again until the pain has gone otherwise you will slow down the healing time process!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Rest, rest and take your time getting back to normal!. Good LuckWww@Answer-Health@Com
