You got a long way to go!. I just graduated junior high and already feel as if i've gone through hell!. You need a minimum of 6 hours of sleep for your body to function!. On average a human needs 8 hours of sleep to function without any problems!. The human body clock however has a time limit for sleep, at 10 hours your body is at its maximum potential and needs no further rest!.

How much sleep you should get and how much you would expect is a huge difference!. If you are a honors student in your middle school there are gonna be a few days where 6 hours of less that will occur occasionally!. In high school, well lets say you better bring money for coffeeWww@Answer-Health@Com

Ideally, teens should get about 9 hours of sleep a night!. But that isn't really the case!.!.!.I got about 5 to 6 hours of sleep (if I was lucky) when I was your age, and now I'm used to not getting that much sleep!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you don't have compulsion to get up early in the morning then you should wake up when u feel yourself to left the bad!. It might be after 8 or nine hours of sleep!.

At least 8 hours, but 10 hours is not unusual at this age even because you are still growing and you need more rest than adults do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
