Why do some bruises not hurt?!
Question: Why do some bruises not hurt!?
I have a bruise on the back of my hand and it doesn't hurt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A bruise is merely blood that has leaked out of blood vessels and essentially "died"!. It should not in itself cause pain the pain however comes form other symptoms accocaited with bruiseeg!.eg, the physical pressurere applied to cause the leaked blood would have injoured pain receptors or the swelling assocated with bruising has put preasure on pain receptors!.
There aren't many pain receptors in certain areas of out bodies esp!. our hands as we do so much with them !. If for example we had an equal ammount of recptors in our eyes and hands we would be in constant pain!. Most likely the bruise to which you are refering has few underlying sympoms so is not affecting the pain receptors in that area!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

you probably didn't notice getting it it's psychological if you see yourself getting hit you expect it to hurt if you do not notice then it won'tWww@Answer-Health@Com
