Stop Body soreness in the morning after workout?!


Question: Stop Body soreness in the morning after workout!?
I just started Jiu-Jitsu, after being out of judo for 6 months and it wiped me out!. apparently im very flexible!. everyone wanted the pin me to see!. theirs 2 days till my next class and i can just tell im ganna be very sore in the morning anything i can do To help stop the soreness!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

it happened to me years ago after i decided to quit playing tennis, i felt sore whole of my body (i went to massage place and feel better n better every day), i think its coz you have to do it continuously don't stop work out unless you have to!.
