It would help my daughter who has Down Syndrome because she hates to exercise, walk, etc!. but she likes to dance and loves the computer and movies!. It would seem fun to her not like exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes it does benefit in my oppinion because its interactive and not with other people so people with mental disabilities don't get as nervous or feel threatened!. my aunt has autism and though she doesn't want to play the wii when other people play she likes to watch and comment on it which is a good thing because they like to stay in there own world and of course everyone is different even people with special needs so it won't work on everyone and also the severity of the persons problems play a role shes a more mild autism but it is beneficial all the same and i think if it helps just a hand full of special needs people or gives them a little bit of enjoyment than its worth it a hundred percentWww@Answer-Health@Com
