Elbow pain, 4 months!
Question: Elbow pain, 4 months
Here are the details:
-Directly underneath elbow cap, within the joint area!.
-Limited range of movement when reaching for my head!.
-Unable to bend/extend arm in a fast motion!. Intense pain otherwise!.
Things i've tried:
-Rest
-Ice
-Pain medicine
-X-ray
Questions:
-How do I get rid of this!? The doctor I saw wanted to try a steroid shot which I declined!. Is there anything else I can do for this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

See a physical therapist!. They'll use non-invasive methods to reduce pain and inflammation (electrical methods) and also increase mobility!.
