I am moving to a place close to a major highway!.
How far do you have to live before the bad air quality caused by the highway is appreciably better (drops off)!?
I like to run and I found this summer that it is much harder to run and breathe when I run over an overpass, for example!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

listen i think it is not good for health if you live closes to the highway!.
My brother do a unit on air pollution and he found a way to claear your lungs!.
you first put your finger to your mouth ( like you are telling someone to shh)
then you breath in and hold your breath for about 15 sec!. untill your face go red!.
then you let out air slowly not fast!.

You could close the windows during rush hour, and that would reduce pollution in your home!. Open them late at night and early morning, when traffic is less!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
maybe carry a pack of heart burn tablets with you!.!. the polution is everywhere
