Thigh pain?!

Question: Thigh pain!?
Last week and this week I've been staying up a lot because I've been studying really late (I'm like the greatest procrastinator ever lol) and I find that I get this muscle type of pain in my left thigh every time I'm lacking sleep!. I did go through a really bad car accident when I was eleven (I'm 19 now) and my left leg was injured badly, but I doubt that would be causing the pain because I recovered perfectly!. Any ideas why I get this pain!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
if the muscles in the previously injured thigh are still considered 'weak' (and it probably is even if you are unaware of it,!.!.!.it takes years for muscles and tendons to heal properly)!.!.then it could just be a side effect of you being overly tired and worn out!. I would try to eat more foods with B vitamins and lots of potassium to help with the cramping!.!.!.also, if you are sitting still for too long and kind of stressed!.!.this can cause your muscles to tense up without you realizing until it cramps!.!.!.maybe try to take small, short breaks to stand and stretch or even a quick walk before, durring or after studying!.!.!.try drinking more clear fluids and less sodas or too many drinks high in caffiene and sugar!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
