Question: Is sweating good for you!.!?
im sitting on my bed, under my covers, with a coat, two jumpers and hat on, with fluffy shoes, ive bee told sweating helps with weight less is it true!? or am i just looking silly or no reason! help before i sweat buckets!. xWww@Answer-Health@Com

Sweating is a normal body function to regulate temperature and helps cleanse the system!. It can be beneficial when used properly but not in a weight loss program!. As someone said, it's only a temporary fluid loss but what wasn't said was that you can cause dehydration and serious medical issues!. Really to help with weight loss, the only safe way to do it is to eat healthy and exercise!. I know it's not the most convenient or quickest way but it's by far the safest and healthiest!.

The weight that you lose from sweating is only through the water that you are losing from your body!.
So if you have a drink you'll be putting it straight back on!.
If you're going out somewhere and just want to lose a tiny bit of weight for that occasion many women and men go to saunas, this is just a tempory solution though!.

Sweating is to cool the body when it's over heated and to help get rid of some electrolytes and toxins!. Weight loss from sweating will be quickly replaced when you get thirsty and drink!. Unless you want to stay permanently dehydrated, which is NOT healthy, you can't lose weight this way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You are just looking silly for no reason, all you lose when you sweat is fluid and salt, both of which you have to replace!. The opposite is true, being cold requires you to produce heat and this uses up calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Apparantly it helps to stop your brain overheating!. I'm not sure though what your doing is the best idea to help loose weight!.!.!.!.!.go kickboxing it keeps you fit and makes you sweat buckets!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sweating is only good to cool the body, when it is overheating!. Any weight loss will be temporary, as it is just fluid loss, and when you drink, you replace the fluid!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
if you sweat lots, re-hydrate with water or an isotonic fluid!. Make sure you eat plenty of salt as this helps you sweatWww@Answer-Health@Com
