Answers:
never heard that before, but i'm guessing it was caused by being overheated and/or being dehydrated or lack of oxygen to your muscles/brain may have caused the pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Are you wearing headphones!? When I jog with headphones that trap moisture in my ears I am more prone to outer ear infections which feel a lot like being stabbed with a q-tip, similar to swimmers ear!. It took me several different ENTs before figuring out a preventative eardrop that works!.
