Should i still work out even if i've been sore for 3 days?!
Question: Should i still work out even if i've been sore for 3 days!?
i was put through a brutal workout at speed camp 3 days ago and i've been sore all over and im just starting to heel!. i try to workout every other day to i get chance to recover because i heard it was bad to workout when you are sore!. itsbeen 3 days and i feel like i need to workout because its been a while even though im still sore!. should give it a day or 2 still!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

when you are sore your muscles are breaking down, if you dont let them heal or properly recover then you have a chance of injuring yourself and not to mention not gaining the muscle that you worked hard for!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
