Question: Any nurses out there!?

Well about 3 weeks ago i got a thorn in my foot it was stuck in there so tonight it opened a little and the thorn came out but theres white stuff in the cut i put a band aid on it my moms a nurse but shes working please answerWww@Answer-Health@Com

Before you cover it with a band aid,you need to clean the effected area with a damp wash cloth with mild soap on it then you can clean it with peroxide dry it off and put antibiotic ointment on it,then cover it with a band aid!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
