Does anyone know what these chest pains are from?!

Question: Does anyone know what these chest pains are from!?
I was wondering what my chest pains could be from, cause i dont wanna have to go to the doctor if its not something life threatening or not worth a doctor bill!. But ive been having chest pains 3 days straight now and i kinda have an idea what it might be from cause for the past few days i have been stressing and worrying about so many things that are going on in my life right now and i am 17!. Like the only thing wrong is that its feels like someones stabbing my heart and a feeling that is really tight, like nothing else hurts but my chest!. I cant take deep breathes and today i went swimming, it started hurting right after i would swim for a little bit!. Does anyone know what these chest pains are from!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Girl, I know EXACTLY what you are talking about!! Don't even listen to what anyone else says because I have the answer!! The exact same thing happens to me, and believe me I have had my fair share of tests!. It has actually been happening to me off and on since middle school!. I am now 19!. It feels exactly like you described!. I never knew what it was and have been to numerous doctors!. Finally, last year I got some answers!. It is simply the muscles contracting!.!.!.and mine can either come randomly or when I am very worried and stressed!. I had an EKG done and it was normal, but I had another one somewhere else and they determined that I have an irregular heartbeat, but it has nothing to do with the symptoms, I believe!. I also had an ultrasound done on my heart and it was completely normal!. I got on some anxiety medication called Lexapro and it really helped me to calm down!. It is very unlikely that something is wrong with your heart because this is the first time you've ever had a problem and you're 17 and it sounds exactly like what I experience!. To be sure, you could go to your doctor to be sure, but I would say that you are fine!. I have done a lot of research on it as well, and there are a good number of people that experience the same thing, but doctor's can never find anything wrong! What you need to do is relax, which I know can be hard!. If another pain comes along, try putting your hand in a fist and putting a significant amount of pressure on the spot that hurts!.!.!.it makes me feel a lot better and makes the pain go away!. If that makes you feel better than you can definitely rest assured because I asked the doc about it and he said that if the pressure makes it feel better, then it's not a heart condition because normally that wouldn't work on people that actually do have heart conditions!. It's probably muscle contractions, although it sure can feel like it's your heart!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could be a number of things!. About two years ago, I was having pains and I went to the doctor and was diagnosed with anxiety disorder!. My friend was having pains as well and she was diagnosed with something called costochondritis (an inflammation of the rib cartilage)!. It can be a number of things, you are so you young that it's probably not serious, but you need to go to the doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I started having pains like this recently too!. It's from stress!. Your heart is working too hard and having arhythmia!. Don't worry, you're not gonna die and you don't need to see a doctor!. Just try to take it easy!. Calm down, get stoned and stop stressing!. It'll get better in a few days but you'll probablly experiance this through the rest of your life whenever you deal with stress for extended periods!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would definitely see a doctor right away!. Even 17 year olds can have heart trouble and stress could be making that worse!. Wouldn't you feel better having a professional tell you everything's ok!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would suggest you must see a doctor!.It could be something muscular considering your age but to be on the safe side and rule out conditions related to your heart you can consult an MDWww@Answer-Health@Com
