If you were checked out and cleared by Dr!./Hospital, then you probably have soft tissue swelling in the neck which will resolve and stiffness will go away also!. This will cause your neck to be tender to touch also!. Some of your neck muscles are attached to your Clavicle's (collar bones) so movement will stress those areas where they are attached -hence pain on top of chest!. Hope this helps you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm sure it will heal in time!. Don't forget in a fight your level of adrenaline is heightened so you may have used muscles you weren't even aware you had either to protect yourself or lash out!. Also because of this you may not have been aware of impacts on your body at the time that are just now starting to stiffen and hurt!.

The most important thing is that you don't get yourself in this situation again!. Apologies and just well intentioned lies so don't be taken in by themWww@Answer-Health@Com

All those muscles in your neck and upper chest are connected, so it's no wonder your chest hurts too!. I'm pretty sure your doctor is correct; it's just whiplash, and it will heal in time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am sure your doctor is right!.I suffered whiplash after a car crash and it was several weeks before I felt completely better!.Time and painkillers are probably the only answer but do go back to your doctor if symptoms persist or worsen xWww@Answer-Health@Com

Your doctor told you to get over it so you ask us for advice!? Crazy!!!
