Question: How can u stop nail biting!?
i have been biting my nails since i can remember it gets worse every year! and nail biting has been in my family since forever i really want to quit but its like asking me to quit cold turkey!Www@Answer-Health@Com

try special nail polishes that have a nasty taste to them!. that helped me!. also put on gloves when u watch t!.v!. or movies so u can get out of the habit of biting your nails!. i even try fake nails so they look pretty and u will stop yourself when you realize u just took a bite of plastic!. hope these tips work!

I dont know, that's my prob!. too!. Well i dont bit my actual nails anymore i broke myself out of that, by just gettin my nails done professionally!. but i bit my cuticals off or until it looks bad!.i'm constantly picky at my nails, man it gets worse when i board!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
here's what i do: i mix pepper sauce (or anything spicy) with my nail polish!. wear it!.
