ok so i went to cheer camp and we were on the beach we had to like run on the sand and do cheerleading all day out side i didnt put any sunscreen on cuz it was cloudy but i guess there was uv rays and i was dumb lol so now my face is bright red and it burns and feels dry what should i put on it please help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

don't laugh at what i'm going to tell you!.!.!.!. take a brown paper shopping bag, cut a piece to fit the area of your sunburn, soak the piece in vinegar, and apply it to burn areas!.!.!.don't use the part of the bag that has ink print on it!.!.!.do this several times a day, take advil/ibuprofen for the pain and swelling!.!.!.and apply aloe vera before you go to bed!.!.!. avoid the sun till you are better!.

Vinegar will take the pain out - then like it or not, when you shower, take as hot of one as you can stand, it opens up your pours and let's the heat out - do not seal your pours back up w/ cold water afterwards - let that heat outWww@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds kind of silly but, my mom does it!. Put cold regular, non flavored white yogurt on the areas that are burned!.

Solarcaine and Johnson and Johnson first aid cream (white tube with blue writing)!. The Solarcaine will numb the pain!. I used the J&J cream on my daughter when she was little and a significant amount of the red went away overnight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
