Sternum pain??!
Question: Sternum pain!?!?
I have pain in my sternum [dull] and parts of the left side of my chest!.
all are dull pains, seems to hurt more when I press on my sternum
and also the rest of my ribs seem to be a little tender!.
I am 19 years old, female, smoker of two years
eat pretty healthy, but have thrown up a couple nights
after eating late and feeling a bit nauseous, I don't know
if that has anything to do with it
I seem to get spouts of acid indigestion once an awhile
for about a week or so, it acts up and then I am fine
also, I do not really exercise
but otherwise I'm a pretty healthy person
any idea whats wrong with me!?
and what is causing the pain!?

more than likely you have strained the muscles in you chest!. typically happens when you cough to much or have alot of vomiting!. the pain should go away just needs time to heal!. as far as the acid indigestion the best advise i can give to to watch what eat and drink!. also indigestion can also act up when you are in stressful situation!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
