How do i solve my coccyx pains?!


Question: How do i solve my coccyx pains!?
Hello, About a year ago i fell down the stairs at my Aunt's house, i wasnt aware that i had broken my coccyx and flew back home!. I used to do alot of running and started my usual morning run the afternoon i got home, now i got through but when i got home and sat down i realized that i couldnt get back up, i had lost the movement in my legs, the doctors advice i shouldnt move for 2-3 months, of which i did!.
But recently i am starting to have pain when i am sat down for more then an hour!.
Is this normal!?
I'm not one to winge but, it is like a tingle and sometimes can be like a electic shock!.

If you are in that much pain, see a doctor and get some pain meds!!! I've fallen on mine before, but that was many years ago!.
No, the pain is telling you to see a doctor and please, don't jog!. Find a low-impact exercise you can do!. Jogging is not all that great for women, I assure you you don't want more pain in your feet and/or heels!.

It may need to be manipulated if it is dislocated or stiff!. I would consult your physician and see if a consultation with a specialized Physical Therapist would benefit you!. Usually a women's health PT will be trained in this technique and you will improve in 3-4 visits!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
