I can't use my arm after an arm wrestle?!

Question: I can't use my arm after an arm wrestle!?
So I had an arm wrestle with a guy and we were in a stalemate!. Our arms were locked and neither person could win!. I kept my muscle flexed for a good minute!. Eventually we gave up!. My arm was fine and was not in any sort of pain!. I watched tv for a while and after about an hour I attempted to lift my arm to assist myself in getting up!. My arm wouldn't respond!. It acted as though it had fallen asleep!. There was no pain, and it felt regular!. No tingling felling, and the arm could feel things normally!. It just couldn't lift itself up!. This symptom would not go away until the day later!. It was limp for the rest of the day (6 hours)!. I checked online for what it could be!. But all I got were strains and sprains!. But those involve pain!. And as I said before I felt no pain at all!. The arm repaired itself, and now the muscle is substantially larger than the other one!. All from a one minute arm wrestle!. Does anyone know what this is called!? Or if it was bad that it happend!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
This type of dysfunction is most often a result of a pinched nerve, if you were experiencing numbness, or your ATP/ADP/AMP intracellular energy transport system had depleted to the point of not having enough 'energy' to move, in some cases of muscle over use this can result in a flaccid muscle, and that can give you the symptoms you describe!. For evenly matched arm wrestling, and other forms of static strength display, or 'anaerobic exercise' conditioning of the muscles involved is very important!. Yours is apparently not conditioned!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
