Inside mouth sores are canker sores!. They are signs of stress and/bacteria!.!.!.especially due to stomach issues and vitamin B deficiency!. Dose up on your Multi B vitamins and swish your mouth with a warm water sea salt solution!. Sea salt won't sting!. That also helps with swollen/sore gums as well!.
Also, take a good quality acidophillus for your intestinal tract!. That's where a lot of bacteria festers and acidophillus helps to get rid of bad bacteria and replace it with the good!.

Edit: Shana B is right!.!.!.!.I'm sorry, for some reason I understood it being on the inside since you said they're not cold sores (which can be on the outside)!.

Again, though, that has to do with Candida Albicans in the system!.!.!.so my suggestions still work!.!.!.Vitamin B also works to kill bad bacteria along with the acidophillus!.
