Constipation - Help is very needed, I am 15?!


Question: Constipation - Help is very needed, I am 15!?
I have very bad constipation, when I push I can feel how big it is, so I get very scared and stop, because my bottom plits, which it has done before!.

I have just put in a suppository, will this effect it, if so how!?
How long do you reccomend me keep it in for!?

Will it soften my poo!?

Please help as I am 15 and I need to get this out of me because it has been making me very ill!.

Oh dear!. Poor you! Well first of all you should examine your diet!. You should not be suffering from constipation at this age honey!

You could go to the pharmacy and ask for lactulose or any other product that will help things along!.

Eat lots of fruit as that really helps!.

Having said all that, you should probably see you doctor!. If it's that bad then he can prescribe you something stronger for more immediate help!.

Please, please, please amend your diet!. It is clear that the food you are putting in your mouth is not good for your innards!!!

Take some epsome salt!. Go run around the block 3 times as fast as you can!. Go back in the house drink 5 cups of water!. Go run around the block again!. Come back in do 20 sit ups!. Take a nap!. In the middle of the nap you are going to wake up, because you have to poop!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If things are the same by tomorrow, go to your Chemist and buy , over-the-counter LACTULOSE salution BP, but also have a word with the pharmacist, you are too young to be having this problem, plenty of fruit and veg would be helpful in your diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Actually although you can get constipation through a poor diet it can also be brought on by stress!. Drink lots of water, this will help!. It may take some time for the suppository to work but relax it will eventually!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the suppository will just melt, you don't need to take it out!. You need to eat fibre, bran flakes, prunes, green veg, that sort of thing, also bananas are really good, i eat one or 2 if i'm like that & it works a treat:)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drinking more water in between meals and getting plenty of exercise will help!.

HI love, providing it is the right kind of suppository (for constipation it will help!)!. You need to eat more fibre and also v important is to drink enough water/squash/juice as this can often be a cause!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't take laxatives!.!.!. you will suffer!.

Eat plenty of fibre, drink plenty of water and orange juice!. I suffer with constipation due to IBS and it can criplle me at times, i find that loads of fruit helps and water helps!

First off I would have a chat with your GP!.
If you feel you can't do that go to a Chemist and ask for a bottle of Lactulose - 5-10ml will help!. I promise!.

2 tricks!. Take a hot bath, believe it or not it softens your stool (poop) and if that dont work, there is a gentle laxitive you can drink called CASTORIA!. It tastes REALLY GOOD!. good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Constipation itself does not make you ill!. It makes you uncomfortable, but it's a myth that constipation poisons your body!. The amount of worrying you are doing about it will make you far more ill!.

Leave the suppository in until you feel the urge to "go"!. As the suppository softens it should make you feel as if you want to go!. It will soften your poo a bit, and it will also grease the poo so it slides out a bit easier (sorry that sounds a bit disgusting)!.

It's true what the person above me said, Epsom salts will clear you out, but I don't recommend it as it can cause violent diarrhoea!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
