Question: Messed Up My Bodie's Sleep Cycle!?
Well, I like to stay up late at night, and I mean late!. Sometimes I won't go to bed for an entire day and a few hours straight, and now it seems that now a days I'm tired when I'm up for a long time, but I have a lot of trouble falling asleep!. It's like my body is tired, but the off button won't go!. Any suggestions!? Obviously try and get back on track with a regular bed time schedule, but any suggestions/tricks in the short run so I can fall asleep like now!? Aha!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need regular sleep patterns!. You need to train yourself to calm down and relax prior to sleep!.
Your body has a natural sleep rhythm, and there is no quick fix that will set it to rights aside from good sleep hygiene!.
I suggest the following:
Avoid drinking caffeine or other stimulants after 12:00pm!.
Try relaxation exercises 30 minutes before you go to sleep!.
Go to sleep and wake at roughly the same time each day - we are creatures of habit!.
If you can't fall asleep in 15-30 minutes, don't just lie there - read a book or do something that is relaxing (playing games, exercise other stimulant activities are to be avoided)!.

first go to sleep and find out wat time u wake up then go to sleep like around nine or just take alot of nok out pillsWww@Answer-Health@Com
